Synergy provides the equipment, instruction, and support system that a woman needs
to succeed, whether you are looking to tone up or trim down.

Synergy's knowledgeable and friendly staff will assist in leading you down the path
to a healthier and happier you.

For your convenience, Synergy offers FREE childcare Mon - Sat for all members


CHILDCARE HOURS:

Monday - Thursday: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
                                        4:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Friday: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
               4:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Saturday: 8:00 am - 2:00 pm

Sunday: No childcare

Classes:

Synergy's classes are led by professional and certified instructors. Included in your membership is access to: Zumba, Spinning, Step, Boxercise, Yoga, and TRX classes,  Weight Training; and Pilates classes are offered for an additional fee.
